"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, nor will the flame scorch you."

🟡 What does this mean?

This verse reminds us that God never abandons us, even in the most difficult moments. The “waters” and the “fire” represent the problems, fears, or trials we face. Although we go through complicated situations, God promises to be by our side and protect us.

🧠 Let's think for a moment

Imagine you are learning to swim and you are afraid of sinking. If your dad or mom is holding your hand, you know they won’t let you fall. God is just like that: even when everything seems difficult, He holds us with His powerful hand.

🙌 What can we do today?

Trusting that God is with me in difficult times.

Not giving up when facing a problem, because I am not alone.

Praying and asking Jesus for peace and strength in the midst of trials.

Remembering that with God, there is always hope.

💬 Phrase to remember

👉 “God is always with me, even in difficult times.”

🙏 Final prayer

Lord Jesus, thank you because you never leave me alone. When I am afraid or face problems, your hand holds me and gives me peace. Help me to always trust in you and to remember that your love protects me at all times. Amen.
