Tip: read the verse out loud and say a short prayer together as a family.

🌿 Devotional: Isaiah 26:3 – “You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.”

💭 What does this mean?

This verse teaches us that God gives peace to those who trust in Him and think about His goodness.

That peace does not depend on what happens outside—neither problems nor worries—but on having a calm heart because we know God is in control.

🤔 Let's think for a moment

Sometimes you may feel sad, scared, or worried, right?

But if in those moments you remember that God is with you and talk to Him in prayer, something changes inside you: your heart calms down.

That is the peace of God, a peace that no one else can give. 🌈

🌱 What can we do today?

Today, when something makes you afraid or nervous, pause and pray.

Say to God:

“Lord, I trust in you. Help me to have your peace.”

You can also read a verse, sing a Christian song, or tell someone how good God has been to you.

💖 Phrase to remember

“The peace of God fills my heart when I trust in Him.”

🙏 Final Prayer

Lord Jesus, thank you because you give me a peace that the world cannot take away.

Help me to trust you more each day and to remember that when I am afraid or sad, you are with me.

Keep my mind and my heart in your perfect peace.

In Jesus' name, amen.
