📖 “Troubled on every side, yet not distressed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed.”
— 2 Corinthians 4:8-9
🌟 What does this mean?
This verse teaches us that, even though we go through difficult times, we are not alone.
Problems may come, we may feel sad, confused, or tired… but God is with us and He does not let us fall forever.
With Jesus, even when we feel like something is knocking us down, He takes our hand and lifts us up again.
🤔 Let's think for a moment
Have you ever felt like nothing is going right?
Or like things are too hard for your heart?
God knows exactly how you feel.
He promises that He will not abandon you, and that you can trust there will always be a way out, comfort, and hope.
The best part is that this promise is for everyone: children, youth, and adults.
💛 What can we do today?
Today, when a problem arises or something makes you sad, do this:
Take a deep breath and remember that God is with you.
Tell God how you feel: "Lord, help me. Lift me up.
Find a truth from the Bible that encourages you.
Talk to someone you trust, like dad, mom, or a leader. You don't have to carry everything alone.
Small steps... but with a great God.
Phrase to remember
I can fall, but God always helps me get up.
🙏 Final prayer
Lord Jesus, thank you because you never leave me alone, even when I go through difficult times.
Help me trust in your promises and remember that you always hold me up.
Fill my heart with strength, hope, and love every day.
Amen.
