Tip: read the verse out loud and say a short prayer together as a family.

📖 Bible text

“Do not fear, for I am with you;

do not be dismayed, for I am your God who strengthens you;

I will always help you, I will always uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

(Isaiah 41:10)

💡 What does this mean?

This verse is like a hug from God.

God tells us not to be afraid, because He is with us.

We are not alone. When we feel sad, scared, or weak, God promises to help us and give us strength.

🤔 Let's think for a moment

Sometimes children are afraid of the dark, school, or being alone.

Adults also feel fear when they have problems or don't know what to do.

God knows how we feel and tells us:

👉 “Do not be afraid, I am with you.”

🙌 What can we do today?

Talking to God when we are afraid

Trusting that He takes care of us

Remembering this verse when we are sad or worried

Helping others by reminding them that God loves them

⭐ Phrase to remember

God is with me and gives me strength.

🙏 Final prayer

Lord God,

thank you because You are with me.

When I am afraid, help me to trust in You.

Give me peace in my heart and strength every day.

Thank you for loving me and always taking care of me.

Amen.
