Returns and refunds policy

14 days to request your refund
We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you change your mind, you can request a full refund for your digital resource within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving a reason, even if you have already downloaded the PDF.
Purchases covered
This policy applies to all digital PDF resources purchased directly from pequenosdelreino.com, in every country where we accept purchases. These are downloadable files; we do not ship physical products. For purchases made on Etsy or another platform, request your refund through that platform, under your order terms and legal rights.
How to request a refund
Email us at the address below before the 14-calendar-day period ends. Tell us you would like a refund and include the email used for your purchase, the resource name and the purchase date. If you have an order reference, you can include it to help us find your purchase. No form or reason is required. Never send your full card number or security code.
Refund amount, fees and timing
We will refund the full amount paid for the resource, including any taxes charged, to your original payment method, with no processing or return fees. We will do so without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after you notify us of your decision. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
No physical returns or exchanges
You do not need to email any files back or return a parcel. Downloading the resource does not prevent a refund request within the stated period. We do not exchange one resource for another: you can request a refund and place a new order. After a resource is refunded, stop using it and delete its digital copies; do not share or redistribute it.
Problems with your file or delivery
Contact us if you cannot download your PDF, the file is damaged, you received a different resource or you notice a duplicate charge. We will help restore access or resolve the issue and, where appropriate, provide a refund. Your legal rights regarding faulty or non-conforming content remain in place after the 14-day period.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not limit your statutory withdrawal rights, legal guarantees, rights regarding conformity of digital content or any other mandatory rights under applicable law. If the law provides greater protection, that protection prevails.
