📖 Isaiah 40:31

But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

🌟 What does this mean?

This verse teaches us that when we trust in God, He gives us new strength. Just as the eagle flies high and strong, we too can keep going without giving up because God sustains us.

🤔 Let's think for a moment

Sometimes we feel like we can't go on anymore: at school, at work, in the family, or in daily life. But God reminds us that we are not alone. When we trust in Him, He gives us strength to continue and hope to move forward.

🙌 What can we do today?

Today we can choose to wait on God, trust that He cares for us and gives us strength. Instead of giving up, we can pray, read the Bible, and ask Him for help to keep going with faith and joy.

💬 Phrase to remember

“If I wait on God, He gives me new strength to keep going.”

🙏 Final prayer

Lord Jesus, thank you because you never leave me alone. Help me to trust in you every day, even when I feel tired. Give me your strength

and your peace to keep walking with joy. Amen.
