faithprayerforgivenessdevotional

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

🟡 What does this mean?

This verse teaches us that God does not reject us when we fail. On the contrary, He invites us to come to Him sincerely, acknowledge our mistakes, and trust that Jesus has already paid for them. God is always willing to forgive us!

🧠 Let's think for a moment

Have you ever made a mistake and thought there was no solution? With God, it is never like that. He not only forgives but also cleanses our hearts and gives us a new chance to start again.

🙌 What can we do today?

Tell God sincerely what we did wrong.

Ask for forgiveness and trust in His love.

Also forgive others, just as God forgives us.

Remember that each day is a new opportunity to walk with Jesus.

💬 Phrase to remember

👉 “When I confess, God forgives me and cleanses me.”

🙏 Final prayer

Lord Jesus, thank you because You are faithful and just. I confess my mistakes to You and believe that You forgive me and cleanse me. Help me to live each day with a new heart willing to please You. Amen.
