Read devotional📖 “But you, Lord, are our Father; we are the clay, and you are the potter. We are all the work of your hand.”
— Isaiah 64:8 (NIV)
This verse teaches us that God is like a craftsman and we are like clay in His hands.
He molds us with patience and love so that we become the best version of ourselves.
Sometimes we don't understand why certain things happen, but God is shaping our hearts to be more like Jesus'.
Have you seen how a potter shapes a vessel?
He turns it, presses it, smooths it… until it is perfect.
That's how God works with us: He corrects us, teaches us, and helps us grow.
Every day, if we let Him guide us, His love transforms us.
Trusting that God knows what is best for us
Accepting His teachings, even when they are difficult
Praying that He forms an obedient heart in us
Treating others with love, just as God does with us
👉 God molds me with love because I am the work of His hands.
Lord, thank you because I am the work of Your hands. Help me to trust in Your plan and to let You mold me every day. Teach me to live in a way that pleases You and to show Your love to everyone. Amen. 🙏
