📖 “Stand therefore, having your loins girded with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness.” — Ephesians 6:14
🌟 What does this mean?
This verse is part of the “armor of God.”
Paul teaches us that, to be strong in the Christian life, we need two important things:
Truth, which helps us walk uprightly and not deceive ourselves.
Righteousness, which protects our heart so that we do what is right before God.
It’s as if God gives us a special armor to live each day with courage and faith.

Have you ever felt bad for doing something wrong?
Or maybe someone told you a lie and confused you…
God’s truth shows us the right path and takes care of us.
And when we try to do good, God strengthens our heart.
Just as warriors protected themselves with a breastplate, God wants to protect your emotions, your thoughts, and your life so you don’t fall easily.
💛 What can we do today?
Today you can try these three simple things:
Always tell the truth, even if it is difficult.
Think before acting, asking: "Does this please God?
Ask Jesus to guard your heart to make good decisions.
God helps you be strong every day.

Lord Jesus, thank you for giving me your armor.
Help me to live with truth, to do what is right, and to protect my heart every day.
Teach me to be brave, firm, and full of your love.
